Holiday!

In class we were doing summer holiday slides even though it"s not the holiday yet! For me the most challenging slide was the cooking slide because I had to find the prices for the food.

We are having a camp in Raglan and we had to do research on Raglan. Here is my research.

Roald Dahl's Birthday Celebration Art

 For Roald Dahl's birthday celebration we did some water colour art of a one of his characters. This is the one I painted. It is of Granny from Georges Marvellous Medicine. I learnt how to get the right colour by adding more or less water. Next time I hope that I can use what I learnt this time instead of going through  the trouble of finding the right colour.

K2 The Kiwi

Hello. At reading time we read a article about a kiwi called K2. Our activity was to find out about kiwis. The most challenging part about this activity is finding the information but at the same time this the best part.

I think need to improve on my writing and to do this I will -Start sentences differently.

Use a variety of punctuation correctly .

make my sentences exciting by including a wow word or adjective.

give the reader some details by including a thought or a feeling, or use my senses in my writing
